It’s never as easy as right now to find so much fabulous fried fish, as so many Catholic churches and others are making it available during Lent. Here’s a list of metro-area fish fries.

BLESSED SACRAMENT-ST. JOAN OF ARC: 919 Cambronne St., New Orleans in parish hall. March 8, 15, 22, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. $15 plates include fish, mac and cheese, peas, potato salad and a drink.

MORRIS JEFF COMMUNITY SCHOOLS:March 8, 3:30 – 6:30 p.m., the Morris Jeff Community School Drew Campus at 3819 St. Claude Ave. in the Bywater will hold its fish fry.March 22, 3:30 – 6:30 p.m., the Morris Jeff Community School Frantz Campus at 3811 N.
